RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Out Yonder, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to make sure you’re taken care of.
For all returns, exchanges, damaged items, sizing issues, wrong items, or lost packages, please email shipping@outyondercompany.com. This is the best and only contact method for returns and exchanges.
RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item arrives damaged, please email shipping@outyondercompany.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Once we review and confirm the damage, we’ll provide a return label and get the same product shipped back out to you free of charge.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If we sent the wrong item, wrong size, or made a mistake on your order, please email shipping@outyondercompany.com and we’ll make it right.
We will provide a return label, and once the item is on its way back to us, we’ll ship out the correct item at no additional cost.
ITEM DOESN’T FIT:
If an item doesn’t fit, please email shipping@outyondercompany.com within 30 days of delivery and let us know.
We’re happy to help with a return or exchange as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
EXCHANGES:
We will exchange any product as long as the replacement item is in stock and the original item is returned in new condition.
To start an exchange, email shipping@outyondercompany.com and tell us why you want to exchange the item and what you would like to exchange it for.
If we got the order wrong, we will provide you with a return label. If the order was correct but the item does not fit or you would like a different item, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Once the item is back to us and inspected, we will send out the correct size or replacement item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with packaging intact.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
