Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location, shipping method selected, and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on the destination and package size.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. Out Yonder is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Out Yonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
